In their childhood, Jinta and Poppo were close friends who shared many adventures together. As they grew older, Poppo remained loyal to Jinta and recognized him as the leader of their group. Recently, Jinta reconnected with Poppo while searching for Menma. He discovered that Poppo still lived in their old clubhouse and was working part-time jobs to earn money. Despite not attending school for several years, Poppo has a passion for traveling the world when he saves up enough money. However, Jinta found some questionable materials such as pornographic magazines upon entering the clubhouse.
