Don Wei  

Wei Racing is an Earth corporation owned by Evan's father, who manufactures vehicles and sponsors races. He has a hostile view towards female pilots and often hides his true feelings through formalities and pride. When he meets his daughter, he initially mistakes her for a boy before realizing she is Molly. The death of his wife and their separation led to him becoming uptight and arrogant. After discovering that Molly is his daughter on Ōban, he becomes concerned about her safety during the grand finals and tries to withdraw the team from competition. In the end, he reveals to her that he knows she's his daughter and wants to prevent what happened to his wife from happening to her.
