Mousse is a longtime friend of Shampoo, though she may not see him that way. He has been in love with her for most of his life but finds her annoying at best. He struggles to see without glasses and often mistakes people for things else. In search of the "new fiancé" that Shampoo has, he comes to Nerima and stays to try to win her heart. Despite being reprimanded by Shampoo when they were children, Amazon law still holds true, even if Mousse defeats Ranma in combat. He remains persistent and is now a waiter at the Cat Café. When in human form, he carries weapons of drastic proportions such as needles, chains, swords, bombs, household appliances, and anything else imaginable. In duck form, Mousse can hide knives in his feathers.
