The Werewolf Bureau has an agent who goes by the name of Invisible Werewolf, assigned to Libra. While performing her duties with dedication, she sometimes gives off a cold or indifferent demeanor towards others, such as when she appeared uninterested in Leo's predicament during his mugging incident, only to later recover his earnings. Despite this, she can also be quite sadistic and inflict harm on others, often targeting Zapp with whom she has a strained relationship. As one of the werewolves, Invisible Werewolf must possess a token that links her to the physical world in case she overexerts herself and loses touch with reality. Her connection is represented by Steven A. Starphase from Libra.
