Black Magician Girl, マナ

Mana, a childhood friend of Atem and Mahad, is an apprentice under Mahad's tutelage studying magic. She is described as light-hearted, open, playful, and caring with a deep bond between her master and Atem. In the Dawn of the Duel arcs, Mana first appeared before Mahad after hiding in pots outside the palace. Mahad sensed her presence and told her to come out. After emerging from the pot, she expressed excitement about beginning her training but Mahad advised her that becoming a sorcerer required more than just being playful. Following Mahad's death, Mana swore to become a great magician and eventually summoned her own Ka as the "Dark Magician Girl." She was one of two people in the Millennium world who could see Yugi and his friends. In the manga, she inherited the Millennium Ring after Zorc's defeat.
