Yoko is an energetic young girl from Little East Blue who inherits her father's role as its defender. Dressed in her father's old Marine uniform, she deeply admires and emulates him. Her hatred for pirates stems from their involvement in her father's death. She sees all pirates as wicked, aligning with the Marines' belief in absolute justice. However, her perspective shifts after encountering the Straw Hat Pirates. Additionally, Yoko has a tendency to bite people's heads when they annoy her.
