Zero, a young boy with an interest in Blading since witnessing Gingas final battle seven years ago, embarks on a journey to become a skilled Blader. He was given his Bey, Samurai Ifraid, by Ginga who encouraged him to surpass himself. Although new to the stadium system, Zero trains under Benkei, now an owner of a fast food restaurant.
