In Whistle! Shou begins by transferring from Musashi no Mori to Sakura Jyousui in order to pursue his passion for soccer. Although he was a standout at Musashi no Mori due to his height, he was placed on the 3rd team and primarily tasked with running errands rather than playing. Despite this, Shou excelled in lifting weights. He possessed no arrogance or ego about his abilities, always striving to improve and become stronger. Whenever he encountered a skilled player, he would challenge them by creating goals to beat them as well. Shou was never content with his current level of skill and continued to train relentlessly to achieve greater strength and prowess in soccer.
