Masahiro had orange hair when he was younger and often wore a white button shirt with a small chain necklace. Now, he mostly wears his high school uniform. He has longer blonde hair on top than on the sides and green eyes. He still wears a chain necklace and has piercings in his ears. In the book, Masahiro later wears a chain with a ring attached to it as a necklace.
