Al, Armored Alchemist, アルフォンス・エルリック

Trisha Elric was the mother of Van Hohenheim and Alphonse Elric, who died. Alphonse Elric is a character from Fullmetal Alchemist. He lost his body during an illegal alchemy experiment to resurrect his deceased mother. His soul was then put into an armored suit by his brother Edward. The blood seal that holds his soul is located just below the neck at the back of the suit, and it's drawn with Edward's blood. According to Edward, he must be careful when reconstructing Alphonse's body because he needs to keep the blood seal intact during the transmutation. If the blood seal is removed, his soul will disappear.
