Abengane, a hunter employed by Battera, gains prominence when he has a bomb attached to him by Bomber. This explosion reveals his ability to eliminate Nen curses inflicted by other individuals. As a result, he emerges as the Jyounen user that Genei Ryodan is seeking. Eventually, Hisoka engages Abengane's services to remove Kuroros' curse.
