The King of Monaco, who is also the father of Pierre Bolneze, passed away while donating blood to him following a stabbing incident that put Pierre in danger of losing too much blood. Later, both he and his wife were revived thanks to Pierre's actions, which involved bringing his mother and Leonharts wife close to a hospital using a "time travel" doughnut made by Azuma.
