The leader of the pirate group who captures Sarasa and Hayato with the intention of selling them to foreigners. However, Sarasas bravery impresses Cha Cha, causing her to become his ally instead. Cha Cha has a nurturing personality and likes others to rely on her. Her partner is Zaki, her right-hand man.
