Topaz is a Yorkshire Terrier with natural colors, featuring a light brown head, hair, and body, as well as black ears, tail, and inside ear linings. In both series, she exhibits a lady-like personality, although her demeanor in Kira Deco! is more serious. Topaz wears a necklace adorned with a purple octagon jewel, a hair bow that can be either purple or pink, and sometimes carries a fan. In the first series, she is one of the Jewel Eight, while in Kira Deco!, Dian forces her to use her inverted power to undermine Kuranosukes confidence. Rinkos group recovers her through the Jewel Games in the second season. In Twinkle, Topaz partners with Hilde and competes for the Jewel Star Grand Prix. Meanwhile, in Kira Deco!, she is a reclusive clothing shop owner who exchanges clothes for Pink's wool. Throughout other seasons, Topaz remains in the background.
