An individual who poses as a woman to lure unsuspecting victims into captivity and is currently being sought after for their criminal activities. This person's identity has been revealed through various experiments in the fifth laboratory. They were captured by military forces during this time. In volume seven, they fell deeply in love with Riza while she was out shopping for groceries. As a result of their actions, they were eventually caught and imprisoned. However, they later assisted Maria Ross in escaping from prison.

he goes after Winry, but Edward eventually gets the best of him. He was seen arrested, but later reappeared as a soul bound to armor.
