Road Rage, デッド・シグナル

From Japan, there's an AI-controlled traffic light that can control its opponents' movements using different road signs. Its special move is called "Sign Rotary Saw," where the sign on its head spins like a buzzsaw blade to cut into its opponent. In the first round of the Replacement Tournament, it was defeated by Mantaro, making it the only member of Generation EX to lose in the initial stage. The character can be played in the Kinnikuman Tag Match Road Rage rom hack.
