Kaede Nagase is a character from the manga series Negima! Magister Negi Magi who attends Negi Springfields school and has student number twenty-one. She specializes in ninjutsu, which she trains for in the mountains. Her abilities include creating clones, and she's known to have an easygoing attitude with her eyes mostly closed. This trait is shared with Mitsune Konno from Akamatsus previous work, Love Hina. However, Nagase opens one eye only in special situations or both when necessary. She is also the blue Baka Ranger, a group of five girls with low grades in the class.
