Igarashi
Igarashi was once interested in Misae, but he already had a girlfriend at the time. When he learned about Misaes feelings for him, he asked Shima to convey his relationship with another girl to Misae without causing her any distress. This rejection from Igarashi led to the development of Shimas and Misaes romantic connection.
