Yoshiki Usui was an anime character from the SuperS season, known for being a fashion designer. He was targeted by Fisheye as the potential owner of the Dream Mirror which held Pegasus. At the time, Usui was in a creative slump and agreed to design Usagi Tsukino's wedding dress after she asked him. Inspired by Fisheye, who he felt would be perfect for his female clothing line, Usui began designing clothes that looked like fish. However, this caused annoyance among his co-workers and led to a falling out with his main assistant. Realizing how silly the designs inspired by Fisheye were, Usui became even more disillusioned with himself and confronted Fisheye. After being saved by the Sailor Senshi, Usui made up with his assistant and was then inspired to produce a line of miniskirts. He also designed a wedding dress modeled after a girl who wore her hair in a style similar to Usagi's.
