Kiddy is an Aboriginal Australian who has dark skin, hair, and eyes that match. She was previously a police officer in Mega-Tokyo but nearly died at the hands of a megadyne called Wire. After being rebuilt with a cybergraft upgrade, she later had her body converted to a combat upgrade before joining the AMP. Kiddy is known for being highly emotional and prone to intense outbursts of frustration and anger. She often seeks out violent confrontations with entities and is eager to engage in battle. In her free time, Kiddy enjoys exploring Tokyo's diverse cuisine and nightlife scene.
