The amoral and decadent Mquve leads a large mining operation in Eastern Europe that is under Zeon control. He reports directly to Kycilia Zabi and keeps his operations secret from other members of her family. After his base falls during Operation Odessa, he continues serving Kycilia in space until he sets up a trap for the Gundam at the destroyed Texas colony.
