Rikumichi Kusuda was an individual associated with the Black Organization who was tasked with locating Rena Mizunashi within a medical facility. In order to accomplish this, he feigned being a patient so as to draw nearer to his target. However, following a confrontation with Conan and the FBI, he ultimately took his own life due to his inability to evade Shuichi Akai during a high-speed pursuit following his escape from the hospital.
