Michael Seebach, who goes by the pen name Schwarzwald in his work as a reporter for Paradigm Press, was driven by an unrelenting pursuit of truth. However, he faced numerous obstacles from the censorship tactics employed by the Paradigm Corporation, which ultimately led him to become increasingly obsessed with his mission. This obsession caused him to distance himself from human contact, including his family. Tragically, Schwarzwald's quest for truth resulted in an attempt on his life by the very corporation he sought to expose. Despite this setback, Schwarzwald remains determined to destroy the domes around Paradigm City and bring about change. His character bears a striking resemblance to Rorschach from "Watchmen," a complex and morally ambiguous anti-hero who also grapples with questions of truth and justice.
