Teppei is satoko and satoshis uncle/foster father who took care of them after the death of their parents but mistreated them. he resides in okinomiya now. as per kasai, he operates as a pimp and utilizes his lover rina to defraud men out of their money.

He is killed by Keiichi in Tatarigoroshi-hen and by Rena in Tsumihoroboshi-hen, in their attempts to protect Satoko and Renas father respectively.
