The officer in question is a member of the Titans who serves as both an officer and captain on board the Garuda-class Sudori. He holds a position that is four ranks above his superior officer while pursuing the AEUG-commandeered Garuda-class. However, after discovering Four Murasame's betrayal, he shot her inside the cockpit of the MRX-009 Psyco Gundam and appeared to kill her. Following this event, he took control of one of the Sudori's laser turrets before being killed by Amuro, who was piloting the Rick Dias.
