Kurumiya Kururi is Izaya's younger sister and has a twin named Mairu. While Mairu is outgoing, Kurumiya is shy and reserved. She stands apart at school due to her gymnastics outfit instead of the typical uniform, which makes her a target for bullying because of her sister's reputation. Despite this, she develops feelings for Aoba, one of her classmates, after he saves her from bullies and kisses her in gratitude. Mairu reveals that Kurumiya was happy when Aoba said she was cuter than the girl who had been bullying her. Like her sister, Kurumiya is a fan of Shizuos brother Kasukas character.
