Mayo used to be married to tsuki and has a son named hikaru. when mayo returns from her trip, she recognizes her son but struggles to identify her ex-husband due to his weight gain. the two argue about the importance of things beyond money, with mayo becoming even more upset when tsuki tries to compensate for his past mistakes by giving her expensive gifts. meanwhile, ishidate loses the battle, causing michiru to realize that what truly matters is protecting one's loved ones.
