The ant species known as Meleoron (メレオロン) stands out among other chimera ants due to its unique characteristics. Unlike many of his peers, Meleoron does not enjoy fighting or taking lives. Despite holding the rank of a squadron leader, he considers himself to be on par with a typical soldier ant in terms of combat ability. Dressed casually in a hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants, Meleoron is frequently seen smoking. His original name was Jail before the death of the chimera ant queen.
