Dr. Eyepatch  

This character was introduced on "Oh! Super Milk-ChanTV" in 1966, and is known for being seen only on this show. Dr. Eyepatch heads up Kings Idea Laboratory (Ō-sama no Aidea Kenkyūsho?), where he regularly provides Milk with new inventions or discusses important topics. In each episode, he creates Tetsuko but often belittles her or suggests replacing her. The design of the eyepatch over Dr. Eyepatch's right eye changes in every episode and sometimes multiple times within a single episode. Additionally, Dr. Eyepatch has hosted the NG awards.
