Nobori

Nobori is one of the leaders in the Battle Subway along with his twin brother Kudari. He made his debut appearance at the end of episode 45, where he and Kudari detected Team Rocket's interference with the track switches. In episode 46, they searched for the source of the disturbances and caught a glimpse of two figures before they disappeared into the shadows. Nobori and his brother were featured in episodes 47 and 48 when their subway stopped, where they met Ash, Cilan, and Iris. They reappeared in episode 51 for a tag battle against Ash and Cilan using Tepig and Pansage respectively. It is mentioned that Nobori is the older twin brother of Kudari.
