An individual with an unusual personality and a history of violent behavior, Gabriel is a cyborg who serves as Rosewater's assistant and the Union's liaison in season two. Although his true intentions are unclear, it appears that he is torn between supporting the Union and working for Rosewater, each offering him the chance to cause harm to the greatest number of people. Gabriel has a disturbing pastime of taking apart functioning androids, which he claims to detest.
