Shielle Messiah  

Sheelle is an electric user who initially appears as a company agent tasked with capturing Ruri after Seki fails to do so. After her own unsuccessful attempt, she is later assigned as Ruri's bodyguard following her recapture. As they spend more time together, Shielle experiences a transformation in her perspective and ultimately assists Rumi in escaping for the second time. She comes to view Rumi as a sister after their shared experience.
