Toujou is a reserved and timid girl who often feels overlooked at her middle school due to her glasses, unattractive hairstyle, and lack of social skills. However, she excels in studies and has a passion for writing. She wears contact lenses and lets her hair down, bringing out her natural beauty. Her dream is to become a novelist, and she has already won several awards for her work. Toujou is also the scriptwriter for the Film Studies Club's movies and was Manaka's first confidant. The Astrological Research Club considered her as the best match for Manaka during the final school festival. She is associated with the East ("Tou").
