Lucemon was a Digimon who believed that others were incapable of independent thought, and he sought absolute control over the Digital World. He emerged during the conflict between Human-type and Beast-type Digimon in an ancient era of the Digimon Frontier timeline. Through his power, Lucemon put an end to the war and established a society governed by his own rule as the ultimate sovereign. However, his unchecked authority led him to become oppressive towards all other Digimon. His immense strength made him invincible until the arrival of the first Legendary Warriors, who defeated him by sealing him within the Dark Area. The governing of the Digital World was then transferred to the three Celestial Digimon - Ophanimon, Seraphimon, and Cherubimon. Lucemon managed to corrupt Cherubimon, compelling him and later the Royal Knights to collect data necessary for his revival. This effort was successful, leading to Lucemon's reawakening. Although he did not engage in combat during his original form, while imprisoned, he unleashed a powerful blast that defeated EmperorGreymon and MagnaGarurumon with his Grand Cross attack when he emerged on the moon. In his ultimate form, Lucemon Chaos Mode, he transformed into an adult-like figure with a white-angel/black-demon attire, symbolizing his ability to merge the powers of light and darkness.
