Hanamaru Kindergarten has one male teacher, Tsuchida-sensei, who began teaching there after graduation. Initially, he was viewed as unreliable, but over time, he became more accustomed to his role as a educator. Despite Anzu's fondness for him, Tsuchida-sensei does not reciprocate her feelings. He harbors a crush on Nanako Yamamoto, one of his colleagues. Sakura and Anzu address him by the nickname "Tsuchi," which they used when he was their classmate. Tsuchida-sensei is an avid gamer who frequently plays late into the night, causing him to be tardy for work at Hanamaru Kindergarten. He teaches first-year Sakura Class and has earned the nickname "breast man" due to his habit of perusing girl model magazines and fixating on Yamamoto-senseis chest.
