Kouhei is a diligent student who worked hard to attain Class 1-A and became its representative. He's a serious individual who follows proper etiquette and conduct, as evidenced by his reprimand of another classmate for mocking Sudo Ken and his peers. Despite being calm in advising Ken not to react emotionally to the actions of his classmates, Kouhei's demeanor made him stop arguing further. This suggests that he is among the select few upperclassmen who don't have any issues interacting with those from lower classes or perhaps he was simply irritated by their behavior.
