Prince of Kou

This individual is Chou's son, who was previously the Emperor of Kou. Along with his sister, they were known as the prince and princess of the kingdom. Following their father's death, they chose to remove themselves from the Divine Registry and instead dedicated themselves to working in maintenance brigades until a new king could be chosen.
