A 24-year-old pilot named Chuck runs the Ragnyannyan restaurant. He flies a VF-31E aircraft which has been modified to detect Var Syndrome with a retractable radome. Chuck is from Ragnan, where his species possesses gills on their necks, elbows with fins, and barnacle-like dreadlocks. His Delta squadron unit, Δ03, features a white, orange, and gray color scheme.
