Noel owns Sandys older twin brother who frequently flirts with other females, causing annoyance for the other guys, particularly Boss, Howdy and Dexter. Initially, Sandy and Stan were separated due to Noels crush on Hillary, resulting in him taking care of one of her hamsters. He is often seen shaking his maracas or riding a skateboard.
