Neferpitou is an ant-humanoid chimera creature that serves as the firstborn of the Chimera Ant Kings' royal guards. They are devoted to their king and would do anything for him, including sacrificing themselves. Despite being easily distracted and playful, Neferpitou has a curious appearance due to its cat-like features. On the other hand, Pitou is another ant chimera creature who enjoys playing with their enemies like cats hunt prey. Although they appear friendly and amusing, Pitou possesses a sadistic and terrifying personality.
Right after getting bred by the Chimers Ant Queen, Neferpitou starts to learn Nen by cruel ways. In a short amount of time, Neferpitou masters Nen and begins its hunt.Neferpitou heads out to test its power and glimpse Kite, Gon, and Killua in the distance. With a single leap, they reach the group and sever Kite's right arm. When Kite conjures his Crazy Slots, Neferpitou delights in the possibilities granted by Nen.
Neferpitou battles and kills Kite; Sitting under a tree with Kite's head on her lap.Having enjoyed the duel, Neferpitou sits longingly in front of Kite's corpse and wishes to fight him again. They thus create an ability to "fix" him.[7] The other Ants use the reanimated corpse of Kite as a training tool.
Gon is enraged and drastically increases his aura with conditions and restrictions. The two engage in a battle outside the hideout, and Gon kills Neferpitou in the most brutal way possible.Because of its immense loyalty and devotion to the King, Neferpitou's Terpsichora manipulates her corpse and attacks Gon, causing his arm to be severed.
During the Palace Invasion, Meruem orders Neferpitou to heal Komugi, who is poorly injured by the Dragon Dive. When Gon arrives at the room where Neferpitou heals Komugi, he demands her to restore Kite.After healing Komugi, Neferpitou and Gon head to Peijin as agreed. When they reach the castle where Kite's body is, Neferpitou tells Gon that Kite is dead and cannot bring him back. After that, Neferpitou activates Doctor Blythe to repair her arm.
