The antihero is ogami rei, an enigmatic young man whose background remains shrouded in mystery. sakura first encounters him when she witnesses him using a bluish flame to harm people in the park. the next day, he transfers to her school. when confronted about his actions, ogami reveals that he is actually a "codebreaker," a secret government agent tasked with exacting justice on those who cannot be punished by law. his code number is 06, indicating that he is the weakest member of this clandestine organization. initially, ogami comes across as cold and indifferent, fully committed to his mission of purging evil from society. however, as sakura gets to know him better, she discovers that there is more to his actions than meets the eye, and that his cruel words often mask a deeper compassion. the source of ogami's power lies in his left arm, which can ignite anything it touches with a bluish flame.
