In a future society, the military searched for children with exceptional talents known as "Clovers". These kids appeared to have the power to control technology, showing abilities like teleportation and conjuring weapons out of thin air. Suu is one such child. Living in seclusion, she yearns for companionship and her only desire is to visit "Fairy Park". Her chaperone is Kazuhiko, a former soldier who has been assigned the duty.
