One of the "Four Heavenly Kings" has been arrested for an undisclosed crime. Despite not being officially recognized, he is known to be the most violent among them. This was demonstrated when he single-handedly inflicted all of Match's scars. It was later discovered that Zebra, who had captured him, was actually Yosaku from the Saiseiya clan, with Teppeis help. All Four Heavenly Kings were trained by Ichiryuu, the IGO President.
