A character from an anime series who possesses certain traits such as being male, wearing a red cape and white eye mask, having irresistible charms to women despite not holding any power over Asahina's preference for younger boys. The visual resemblance of this character to Sailor Moon's Tuxedo Kamen is further emphasized in an episode where he is tasked with distracting a trio known as the Sailors XO, and even briefly wears a top hat before complaining about it. He also has a sister named Blue Hanten and wears a red badge. His mask covers his eyes due to everyone falling in love with him regardless of gender or preference, causing headaches when the effects wear off.
