Gundam SEED The commander of ZAFT's forces stationed in Banadiya, located in northern Africa. Known as the "Desert Tiger," Waltfeld is an accomplished warrior who presents a formidable challenge to the Archangel crew and Desert Dawn resistance fighters. Despite being based on a battleship, he frequently engages in hand-to-hand combat with his enemies. Waltfeld's demeanor remains relaxed even during intense conflict, and only a few things can truly stir his emotions - trying new coffee blends, engaging in debates about kebab sauces, and testing his wits against the Strike Gundam pilot. Gundam SEED Destiny Waltfeld, also known as the "Desert Tiger," has relocated to Orb after the end of the previous war. Although he now lives a more secluded life, he maintains an extensive network of informants to monitor global events. Despite his injuries from past battles, Waltfeld remains a skilled soldier and is capable of adapting to new situations.
