The individuals named Clotho Buer, Orga Sabnak, and Shani Andras are part of Earth Forces Federation's "biological CPUs" assigned to the new GAT model mobile suits. These individuals take a combat drug called Gamma Glypheptin which improves their stamina and reaction time during battles. However, this medication has a negative side effect that causes severe withdrawal symptoms in the nervous system. As the pilot of the Raider Gundam, Clotho is a source of irritation to both Kira Yamato and Athrun Zala during the war's final stages.
