Iruga was childhood friends with Keough and later became an assassin after witnessing his "death" in Glast Heim. Driven by a desire to protect Yufa and Roan in memory of Keough, he embarked on a journey where he encountered Judia, whom he saved from bandits. They subsequently formed a bond, with Iruga serving as her protector. Later, when Iruga discovered that his former friend Keough was now working for evil, he engaged him in combat in an attempt to restore the true version of Keough.
