An adolescent girl named Eva who studies on Earth has an interest in mechanics. She frequently neglects schoolwork to enhance her skills. After escaping from a strict boarding school, she searches for her father, Don Wei, and eventually lands a job as a mechanic at his company. Despite lacking confidence and feeling intimidated by her father's stern demeanor, Eva conceals her true identity and adopts the name "Molly." As the lead pilot of the Earth Team following Rick Thunderbolt's injury during the first race, Molly develops feelings for Prince Aikka. She faces more complications when she learns that winning the Great Race of Oban grants a wish, including bringing her deceased mother back to life.
