The ruler of Dokutake Castle is a self-centered individual who craves power and is quick to resort to violence to attain it. Despite his lack of intelligence, he harbors ambitions of ruling the country. Due to his incompetence with horses, he prefers to travel on a makeshift horse made from paper instead of an actual steed.
