Peterman is the leader of a kidnapping group known as the Hound Pets, which operates in Shabondy Archipelago. After receiving information from injured bounty hunters that Camie, a mermaid, was at Shabondy Park, he arranged a deal with them to receive 10% of her final selling price once she was sold. Peterman then went to kidnap her and bring her to the Human Auctioning House for sale. However, before he could get his share of the money, the SH managed to rescue Camie and visit his hideout, where they gave him a beating as punishment for his actions.
